GIC & Delaware Public Archives (approx 1.4 million records) - Created a single source SQL database with
MS Access desktop interface. Migrated over 400 MS Access tables and 900 MS
Excel spreadsheets in the SQL database. Task including: normalization,
data corrections, and data updates. The SQL will facilitate an online
application including global search.
Admission Forms (approx. 500,000 forms)
- Documents are scanned, process according to existing database specs, and
uploaded to client's database.
Marc 21 Records (approx. 1.5 million records) - Cards are manually entered into a customized program and transmitted via FTP to our client's database.
Custom Mailing List - Client provides names and addresses that are manually entered into our database that validates addresses. We print data to labels which are mailed to our
client. (over 14 years of service)
