Economic Insomnia When You Can Not Sleep
If your low bank account balance is causing you sleepless nights, you are not alone. Experts are calling the trend “Economic Insomnia“. Over 30% of people are unable to sleep because of the economy. To make matters worst, 28% of people are getting less than 8 hours. And 35% of people are getting less than 6 hours. Therefore, people are not only suffering from low finances they aren’t sleeping. By the way, a lack of sleep can cause other health problems.
So, what is the solution to “Economic Insomnia“. Experts would say, forget about the stresses of your financial situation. That’s not easy or likely. My recommendation is to learn all you can about finances. There is something to being proactive. Once you have learn a tip or two, put them to use. And maybe you can get a good night sleep.

- Allow for unwinding – at least 2 hours before bed
- Get comfortable
- Turn off the TV, Radio, and Lights
