• Series work well.  Coming up with a series of articles work because they keep your readers engaged.
• Search for unsearched topics.  Be the first to write about a given topic or some topic hot in the news.  If you can achieve this, traffic will come.
• Caution – controversial topics often bring high traffic volumes, but remember your readers.  Don’t cross the line of controversial and offensive material.
• Look for questions that have not been answered.  Try yahoo answers to search for questions everyone wants answers too and write an article about that.
