I’m Aiming For 20,000 Per Day

20,000 clicksInspired by Lisa over at “2 Create A WebsiteI’m aiming for 20,000 clicks per/day. Below is my game plan to reach 20,000 clicks per/day. Although I’m not new to the Internet or blogging, I have not put very much effort into increasing my traffic or click through rates until lately. With that being said, I have created a daily schedule which I will follow from Monday, August 3 2009 to the end of the year.

I’m inspired by Lisa because she just celebrated a record Google Adsense month (July) and made $5,974. See her video below. By the way, I’m no where near that. I currently earning around $125 to 150 per/month from Google Adsense.

Here’s My Increase Traffic/Click Plan

First, I blog on several different blogs and blog services. They are:

Yin Yang Data Report – Which is my company’s blog. I only post articles that are relevant to my customers and client on this blog.

Best Bloggers Group – This is a blog I started when I joined a networking group in my area. The idea was to let others in the group blog with me. Many in the group had no experience blogging. Therefore, setting up a blog and managing a blog was not something many in the group wanted to do. So, I set up this blog for them to be able to blog without the headache.

Personal Finance and Money – This blog is what I like to talk about. Over the years I have learn many tricks of the trade and investment techniques that I share on this blog. This is the newest blog to my collection of blog, but the one I love writing on the most.

Hubpages – This community blog is run by Hubpages and offers a 60/40 split. Why would I blog somewhere else. Hubpages has an awesome page rank. When there’s something I want to say fast and not related to any topics on the above blogs I use, I go to Hubpages.

Daily Increase My Traffic/Click Schedule

  • Increase Traffic/Click Monday – 1 post to each blog. That equals 4 articles. 1 post to Yin Yang Data Report will be a tweet digest and the other post is a standard Q&A on Personal Finance and Money, so that leaves 2 post to write from scratch.
  • Increase Traffic/Click Tuesday – Create backlinks to Personal Finance and Money. I have found a directory to other blogs writing about finance and money. Over the past week I have notice the comments I leave on their blogs turn into traffic for me. Therefore, Tuesdays will be dedicated to creating backlinks to my Personal Finance and Money blog.
  • Increase Traffic/Click Wednesday – Wednesday is a repeat of Monday. However, instead of only having to come up with 2 post from scratch — I will have to write 3. Q&A on the Personal Finance and Money blog is only on Monday’s.
  • Increase Traffic/Click Thursday – Create backlinks to Best Blogger Group.
  • Increase Traffic/Click Friday – Repeat of Wednesday.
  • Increase Traffic/Click Saturday – Post to the Yin Yang Data Report
  • Increase Traffic/Click Sunday – My day off

On my blogs I used “Tweet Tool” which creates a tweet for each of my blog post.  These tweets are also posted on my Facebook page.

If you noticed, during the course of 7 days I will have created 18 post. There is a reason for this schedule. I have a loyal following for Yin Yang Data Report and the blog is well indexed in Google. Therefore, I will not be creating backlinks. Hubpages is a monster of its own. If the Hubpages community likes your article/hub or selects a similar topic — backlinks are auto-generated.

So Monday is the big day. My start to Internet fortune — I hope. If you have any suggestions please free feel to leave a comment.
