SCORE is a volunteer mentoring group of about 10500 members.  These mentors which are both currently working or retired help businesses from 389 offices around the USA.  SCORE is a nonprofit group and services are FREE.  I used SCORE services nearly 5 years ago in Philadelphia.  My goal was to improve my sales and presentation pitch.  Below is an email I received for a SCORE mentor:

Dear Yvette,

We met yesterday at the SCORE office.  I was sitting opposite you at the table.  I want to tell you that I was very impressed with your professionalism, your knowledge of the subject matter, and your presentation.  It is obvious that you have the potential to do just fine in the business world. In fact, I think you are on your way.  I was delighted to see a lady doing well, and being aggressive about it.  Sometime, at your convenience, I would enjoy stopping by to see your operation.  Please feel free to call on me anytime if you wish to kick around an idea.
