Google is working closely with employers to provide veterans a customized search engine full of job opportunities.  President Obama has acknowledged the importance of helping returning soldiers find work.

Today, military vets can go to the National Resource Directory to locate work.  The NRD integrates the power of Google and available job sites to list over 500,000 job opportunities.

Apparently, the Pope has blessed a new app for the iPhone called “Confession”.  Confession not only tracks your sins but also recommends a penance to pay.  The Confession app is made by Little Apps and cost $2.00 dollars.

How The Confession iPhone App Works

Using a password, you create a personal profile.  Your personal profile will include information like: age, gender, marital status …  The app claims to be an aid to worshipers, not a replacement for the confessional.  You add sins not listed in your standard profile results (aka – Examination of Conscience).  Then the app will go through a step-by-step process.  At the end of the confession, choose 1 of 7 acts of contrition.

Located in Tidbury Creek County Park, which is at South State Ext and Route 10, Kent County in Delaware near Dover is near completion of its first Off Leash Dog Park. The Dog Park will be a fenced .7 acres where your pup can run off leash and play. However, all dog must be licensed and be current on their shots to use the Dog Park.

New airline protections coming because of the attempted attack on Christmas. Because of the attempted attack on Christmas, there will be an increase of screening practices and security measure at the airport.

The President has announced that there has been a review of the terrorist watch system, and a review of the travel screening process. These reviews will determine what went wrong, and how to fix the problem. The review process started just after the attempted attack.

What attempted attack?

From the President “It’s been widely reported that the father of the suspect in the Christmas incident warned U.S. officials in Africa about his son’s extremist views. It now appears that weeks ago this information was passed to a component of our intelligence community, but was not effectively distributed so as to get the suspect’s name on a no-fly list. There appears to be other deficiencies as well.”
