If there was any doubt Facebook is here to stay — Facebook is moving into new digs.  The social networking giant is moving into nine buildings located in Silicon Valley.  the new address will be Facebook’s Headquarters – Home Office – Corporate address for the next 15 years; according to the lease.

The Facebook move is scheduled to began early summer 2011.  Why the move?  Facebook is growing – by hiring new employees, gaining more users, and increasing its ad revenue.  Facebook has become on a steady new employee trend for the past few years.  It’s reported that Facebook has increased its number of employees by 50% over the past few years.

Learn how to set up Google Adwords conversion tracking. If you would like to track which clicks to your ads turn (convert) into sales then conversion tracking is the correct method. In order to use this tool you will have to
access your html code on your website. Before you began to track conversions, decide which users action will indicate conversion. For example, conversion could be one of the following:

• Fill out a website form
• Download an item
• Continue to the next page
• Make a purchase

A Walk Through The Conversion Tracking Process

You are selling software. Your conversion action is the download of the software. To track conversions identify the page that follows after the software is downloaded. Place the html code that is provided from Google
Adwords on that web page.

To get the Google Adwords html code sign into your Google Adwords account. From the menu, select conversion tracking. Once the conversion tracking page has loaded select the “create an action” option. Fill in the form with the name of the action, type of tracking, revenue amount (which is also be the purchase amount), language, security level, format. By completing the entire form a more detailed report can be generated. Once you have completed the entire form click save.

Once you have clicked save you will be taken to the code page. Copy the code provided in the box. Go to the web page that you have identified as your conversion indicators. Paste the code anywhere between the body tags
on the web page.  If you have successfully set up the conversion tracking when a visitor makes a purchase (downloads the software) you will see a new column labeled “Conversion” in your Google Adwords account reports.

It’s a homeowner’s duty to shovel their sidewalk. Most places have laws that make not shoveling your sidewalk an offense punished by a fine.

Here in Delaware, some of the smaller cities are enforcing their ordinances making residents cleared their sidewalks or be fined.

In Newark Delaware fines are being imposed to the tune of $100 dollars or more. In Dover Delaware residents got a notices that if they don’t shovel their sidewalks they can be fined $25 dollars a day. However, in Wilmington Delaware the battle over who owns the sidewalk leaves the city unable to fine it’s residents.

With snow come down back to back, this is the 2nd snow this week, with another one come again Sunday/Monday. This 2010 Winter snow storm has cover the east coast and keeping people home for days.

We had just recovered from an earlier snow storm, when on Tuesday another one hit. The snow storm is so bad that road aren’t being plowed, and city like (Philadelphia, and Delaware) are under emergency warning.

I, for one am sick of the snow. It took me 3 days of moving snow with the 1st snow storm. I tried a different method this time. Go out in the snow and get an earlier start. To my dismay, it doesn’t look like I did anything.

I tried on Tuesday to buy a snow blower. Good luck. From Walmart, Lowes, to Homedepot — all sold out.

We are in the season of giving. Giving not only to our families, but people in need. Read how and to whom you should donate to. All charities are not made equal.
